We are delighted to extend a warm invitation for you to the second annual Harmony Week Moving Feast at the Long Gully Splash Park on Friday, 24th March.

The Moving Feast Celebrations were initiated as a grassroots, proactive response to racist incidents towards residents from refugee backgrounds in our local community. Following the resounding success of last year’s event, nine local community organisations and multicultural groups and two local businesses to present a free Moving Feast at the Long Gully Splash Park.

The Moving Feast this year will feature a Karen BBQ feast, prepared by Paw Kee from Karen Lady Catering, live music, cultural performances, “come and try” social soccer, volleyball and cane ball, and a community conversation with young people from newly arrived communities.
