Dear partners,

We are pleased to hear Victorian premier Daniel Andrews today advise our state the strategy to stop the spread of COVID-19 is working.

We know this is a fragile time and that could change, but it is comforting that social distancing is working.

However, as there is no timeline for when this period will end, we are concerned that many women are unable to call us when they are isolated at home and living in fear.

We are considering how we reach these women, and welcome any feedback from you on channels you have identified as potential opportunities for us to let women know we are here to support them.

We also ask you to share our COVID-19 Q&A web page, widely. We hope this addresses many of the frequently asked questions, and invite you to make contact with us with any of your own questions.

The web page can be found, here: https://www.cnv.org.au/we-are-here-to-help

It can also be shared from our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts.

This is a challenging time for many of our organisations.

We value our relationship with each of you, and remain committed to working with our partners to ensure women and children know where to seek support, when they need it.

The safety of women and children will always be our priority.

If you have any questions, feedback or concerns about service delivery, please make contact with us.
