As part of Shine Bright’s ongoing aim to improve the educational outcomes of children in our Long Day Care program and offer excellent employment conditions for teacher, we are delighted to offer VECTEA 2020 teacher in Long Day Care. 

Role: Early Childhood Teacher

Employment conditions: VECTEA 2020

Start Date: Immediate.

Positions: 3x part-time teaching positions available.

  1. 3 days per week – 8.00am-4.30pm (contact: 22.50, non-contact: 11.25)
  2. 3 days per week – 8.00am-4.30pm (contact: 22.50, non-contact: 11.25)
  3. 2 days per week – 8.00am-4.30pm (contact: 15.00 non-contact: 7.50)

This position will lead the integrated kindergarten program in the Investigators Room or Discoverers Room.  You will have a passion for delivering a quality education program and practice that ensures the care and development of each child in the group.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their professionalism, flexibility, leadership and ability to work with others.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Holding a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • A VIT Registration
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Australian Teaching Standards
