As we enter the Victorian COVIDSafe circuit-breaker period from midnight Thursday 27 May to Thursday 3 June inclusive, the Department will be activating the Kindergarten Attendance Survey during this period.

Your participation in this survey enables the Department to understand and have evidence of attendance patterns during various stages of COVID-19 restrictions to inform the development of additional resources to support all children and all services. The survey will obtain critical data during this circuit-breaker action across Victoria.

The attendance survey will not require providers to collect any extra information on top of what is already routinely collected.

This survey has no bearing on kindergarten funding.

As the circuit-breaker runs over two weeks, please provide attendance for the period 24-05-2021 to 28-05-2021 via the link below:

https://det.websurvey.net.au/attendance-survey/q?SD_KEY=707df8cc-21d7-4306-a50b-4a5609026edc&page=start

This will enable collection of data across the week pre circuit-breaker and for the first day of the circuit-breaker.

The survey is due for completion at 5pm on the Wednesday following the collection week. The survey will be closed at 5pm Wednesday 2 June. There will be a subsequent survey sent on Friday 4 June to cover the week of Monday 31 May to Friday 4 June inclusive.

When you have completed the service survey/s, please click ‘Certify and Submit’ to complete the data collection for the week. See the attached ‘Attendance Survey User Guide’ for more information.

If you require any technical support please contact WebSurvey on 03 9340 9013 or support@websurvey.com.au for further assistance.

Kind Regards,
