Shine Bright EYM welcome all volunteers and students, being involved in our team can help you in the following ways:
- Introduction to industry
- Help support and guide your new Early Years Career
- Refresh / step back into industry
- Help out with your local kindergarten (Retired applicants or anyone with a couple of spare hours)
- Opportunity in building great relationship with children of today and your local community
If you have an Early Years qualifications and would be interested in joining our Relief team please refer to our Induction/Relief
Students (Work experience or Placement)
Please contact our HR team hr@shinebright.org.au so that they can put you in contact with your preferred Shine Bright Kindergarten to arrange a suitable time to meet our Educational Leader and confirm suitable work experience or placement dates.

Volunteers
Please contact your preferred Shine Bright Kindergarten or Long Day Care rooms within our Maiden Gully Hub to arrange a suitable time to meet and greet our Nominated Supervisor to confirm suitable days to volunteer.

Approval of application is required prior to commencing at the Kindergarten. Confirmation will be provided to the volunteer and Kindergarten.
