Description
Building on Reflective Practice offered at the service level, this opportunity will support Nominated Supervisors/Educational Leaders to further develop their reflective skills. Educators will bring cases/examples for discussion, using a structured framework to guide questions. This option will connect leaders with others in leadership roles in small, nurturing groups. This model will be area-based with a group size 4-8 participants.
Package costing
1 x 1.5 hour in-person session per term
Total cost of Shine Bright Allied Health professional = $2,100 (to be spread equally amongst participating kindergartens)
Plus staff backfill/additional hours = 6 hours per Nominated Supervisor/Educational Leader
