Description
This option will allow additional support for families in transitioning to school. When parents/carers feel comfortable and calm in the school space, this narrative and experience will ultimately benefit children in feeling calm, settled and a sense of belonging at school and supporting transitions for children and families. Offering parent engagement opportunities at the partner school will be beneficial where services practically do not have space to accommodate these parent sessions.
Package costing
2 hours at the commencement of the program prior to starting
1 x 1.5 hour sessions per term
Total cost of Shine Bright Allied Health professionals (x 2) = $5,600
Plus staff backfill/additional hours = 8 hours per staff member
(School to cover the hours for their Educators)
