The children at Shine Bright Woorinen South Kindergarten have recently been engaged in the creation of an ‘Identity Panel. They celebrate the uniqueness of each child through a self-portrait and a photograph, while the placement of them together presents a visual representation of a community of learners. This is a beautiful way to recognise the achievements of each child. The learning environment has been personalised with art inspired and created by each child.
This is wonderful for every child as it strengthens their sense of identity and develops their self-esteem.
