Description
Providing support for Educators to have brave conversations with colleagues in a collaborative generative space. This is a facilitated discussion between the Educational Leader, staff member and a member of the wellbeing team. This would be followed up with a progress review. The rationale for this item is that it will support educators to embed the ‘Clear is Kind’ approach (‘the clean up conversation’ – Brene Brown) and give Educators the opportunity to improve practice and consolidate professional relational skills.
Package costing
Option 1 – 4 hours
Total cost of Shine Bright Allied Health professional = $1,400
Plus staff backfill/additional hours = 4 hours per Educational Leader and staff member
Option 2 – 8 hours
Total cost of Shine Bright Allied Health professional = $2,800
Plus staff backfill/additional hours = 8 hours per Educational Leader and staff member
