The Shine Bright Way philosophy was recently refreshed as part of developing the 2026-2028 strategic plan.

The Shine Bright Way philosophy was orginally developed to allow our educators to focus on the real work of being with children and to follow our purpose of making every moment matter. We know that when we focus on our purpose, joy is more accessible. Following the lead of children also leads us to joy. ​​

The Shine Bright Way is who we are and what we want to be known for. ​​It is underpinned by our values and enabled by:
